if u ask me don’t come to Umman, doesn’t worth. only mutrah souk and mutrah fortress to see, takes 2 hours to see these places to see. umman is Total disappointment for me, wich is expensive also. Take bus A1 to come from airport, gave 1//2 or 500 omr to bus (100 is like 10 cent and 1/2 is 50 cent), drop at ruwi street after the corner and walk 400m back. central bus station is also very close. i never uses cab, other buses are 300 omr (i asked 3 times how to come to hotel- didn’t answer) Hotel is clean. Nice restaurants around, go to al falafil restaurant very cheep and nice meet (400 omr, u gave 3 at mutrah), bangal boy made caramel machiato from nescafe to me - cant believe.

The hotel is very quiet, you can sleep well. Very nice smell in the hotel and the room. The room was big with a sofa and a table which is really comfortable when you have to work from your room. The wifi connection was perfect during all my stay. I appreciated having slippers and toiletries. There's also a little kitchen downstair which you can use. The staff is very nice and meet all the needs. There's many restaurants, coffee shops and groceries around. I recommend the "Marhaba Restaurant" just in front where you can find a really good food at really good price!

A perfect place to explore the centre of Muscat - Matrah - 15 minute walk from Ruwi bus station - there are lots of local restaurants and coffee shops around with great food. The hotel itself is quite small - just a couple of rooms - clean and equipped with basic facilities - iron, kettle, plates, cuttlery ... The staff is very helpful and kind - they let us check in at 7 AM - which saved us walking with luggage - in short we DO recommend this place to everybody!!!

Simple, but very clean room. Bathroom needs some renovation. The housekeeper cleaned up our room every day, we received toiletries and towels, even bottles od water on arrival. There is a small kitchen in the groundfloor, that we could use for breakfast prepare, as we travelled with our kids. Staff was very kind and helpful. I was really surprised about quality of this hotel. Deffinitely recommend.

This is a good place to spend a night or two in Muscat for those on the budget. The hotel staff was very friendly, they provided us with an extra bed. Free parking was available in front of the building. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable.
